Our Core Team
With nearly 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and more than 25 years working as a consultant in Digital Transformation and Process Automation, Pedro is one of the dreamers who makes others believe that everything is possible. What exactly? Everything.
By finding the right balance between resources, time and goals, Pedro believes that anything can be achieved.
With over 25 years of experience in consulting and Human Resources leadership, and a strong personal passion for interior design, Marta brings resilience, understanding and many ideas and projects for the future.
Beyond being a professional partner in Pedro’s journey, Marta helped co-found FLEXBASE and continues to support it every step of the way.
